These general conditions of sale (hereinafter "General Conditions") apply to any person (the "Customer" or "you") placing an order on www.art-homy.com (the "Site").

The validation of your order implies your acceptance of the current General Conditions. The placing of any order on the Site is subject to full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions, which we may modify at any time.

The service offered by the Site is managed by ART HOMY, registered with the RCS of Paris (Siret n°947 898 722)

 

Information provided by the Client

The Customer who creates a user account and/or places an order on the Site undertakes to provide complete, up-to-date and valid information. He will assume the consequences of any error or omission in entering his contact details. He is aware that the accuracy of these determines in particular the possibilities of effective delivery of the Products.

The Customer will create a single user account and agrees not to create aliases or derivative accounts, with his identity or that of third parties. Any breach of this commitment may result in the suspension or deletion of the account concerned. The Customer agrees that no one can use his login credentials. He will not communicate his password to a third party and will be held responsible for any connection or order made by a third party to whom he has left his identifiers, voluntarily or by negligence.

Orders

Products - Prices - Payment

The Products are offered within the limits of available stocks and ART HOMY declines all responsibility for any typing error, presence of inappropriate images on the Site, in particular inaccuracies in the description of the product or its technical data sheet, incorrect prices or changed prices, inaccurate information on stock availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time. VAT is included in our prices at the legal rate currently applicable. The prices mentioned on our site are indicated all charges included, in euros.

If an incorrect price has been entered for a product you have ordered, We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible and wait until you have accepted the corrected price before dispatching your order.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed on our site. Other additional costs that may be payable by you are indicated before the conclusion of the contract.

Order tracking

The Site allows the tracking of orders placed by the Customer. The prints are made by ART HOMY or by a trusted service provider who informs ART HOMY of the dispatch of the order to the address indicated by the Customer.

Manufacturing and delivery times

The times announced for manufacture and delivery are indicated in working days. They may vary slightly depending on circumstances beyond our control (disruptions or strikes in transport or at logistics providers, technical difficulties).

The Customer chooses among the delivery methods offered to him for each Product.

Complaint for non-receipt or lack of conformity

The Customer who wishes to inform ART HOMY of a difficulty when receiving the work, or of the absence of reception, will send an email to the address info@art-homy.com .

Non-compliance of the order

In the event that the Product delivered does not correspond to the order (error on the design, on the format or on the support), the Customer will inform ART HOMY within 48 hours by transmitting proof of non-compliance. ART HOMY will indicate the terms of return unless the parties agree on compensation.

Damaged package

The Customer will make the usual reservations to the carrier if the package arrives damaged or opened. He will open the package in the presence of the delivery person or the carrier, and will inform ART HOMY within 72 hours of the reservations noted, by transmitting photographs of the package as it was presented to him or of the work as it was. comes in the package.

ART HOMY will then contact the Customer and tell him how to proceed to return the Product.

The return costs will be borne by ART HOMY, which undertakes to do what is necessary to ensure that the initial order is honored as soon as possible.

The return of an order can only be accepted if the Customer complies with this procedure. You must take care to pack the Product in the original packaging, and take the necessary care when shipping. The Product will be returned to the address indicated by ART HOMY.

When a defective Product has been returned to us and the complaint has been approved, ART HOMY compensates you, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations. ART HOMY will then endeavor to reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of your complaint, but this period may be extended depending on the nature of the products. ART HOMY reserves the right to reject a complaint request if the product concerned does not present any defect under the regulations in force in terms of consumer protection.

Returns

All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must also be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of merchandise such as Gift Cards is not permitted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase without contacting us first.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • products showing obvious signs of use

Dispatch

All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. If the products have obviously been used, we may make a deduction from the refund.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund you through the same means of payment that you used during the purchase, as soon as we have received and verified the product(s). Because all our products are printed to order, and therefore it has been produced especially for you, we will deduct an amount of €7.50 from the total amount of your refund. Intellectual and Industrial Property
