What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated?
IMPORTANT: We prepare and ship your order on demand.
The Estimated Delivery Time is our forecast of when an order can be delivered to you. The delivery time is the sum of the estimated fulfillment and shipping times:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
Our supplier's average processing time is 2-5 business days for all production techniques.
When we calculate the estimated lead time, we take into account the current volume of orders and our capacity.
Estimated shipping time is calculated based on our historical shipping data for deliveries to your region or sales region.
The estimated delivery time being an estimate, it is not a guarantee. You may receive the order after the delivery time due to reasons such as:
- Problems with print files
- Out of stock products
- Shipping related delays, such as failed delivery attempts, service interruptions.
IMPORTANT: Currently, due to a high volume of parcels handled by our transport partners, if the parcel cannot be delivered to your home, it will be rerouted to the nearest relay point.
That being said, we will do our best to meet our delivery schedule. If you ever haven't received the order and the delivery time has passed, please allow a few more days. Contact us (info@art-homy.com) and we'll check the status of your order and tell you how to proceed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready, we hand it over to the carrier and send you an email to confirm shipment containing a tracking number. By clicking on this number, you will be able to access the latest updates regarding the location of your package.
You can also go to the Orders section of your dashboard, open a fulfilled order, and click View Tracking to track orders using our white-labeled tracking page.
Once your order has been released to the carrier, updates on your order status and delivery will depend on their tracking services. If you encounter any problems, you can contact us via info@art-homy.com , and we will do our best to help you.
What should I do if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still haven't received my order?
If the estimated delivery time of your order is exceeded, please follow these steps:
- Please wait a little longer. Unfortunately, delays may occur in shipments for unforeseen reasons. We understand that delivery delays can be frustrating, but it's important to note that our estimated delivery time is only an estimate and not a guarantee.
- Please check if you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided correct information.
If you have provided incorrect information such as delivery address, e-mail address or telephone number, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can modify this information before sending your order. Are all items in an order always shipped together?
Some of our products are individually wrapped to maintain their shape and provide additional cushioning and durability.

While all our works are handmade, there is a notable difference between them.
As stated in their description, wall posters are prints, which means that it is a printed reproduction . However, if you want to acquire an original painting, you can check out some of the limited edition paintings in the "CANVAS AND PAINTINGS" section .
🕒🚚 What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed on average within 24-72 hours.
For purely indicative purposes, delivery times are:
3-5 business days for original handmade wall posters and paintings.
10 working days maximum for candles.
