Return Policy

All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product via the contact form or directly by email to info@art-homy.com .
For packages lost in transit, all claims must also be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of merchandise such as Gift Cards is not permitted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase without contacting us first.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
  • products showing obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Reimbursement terms
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund request is approved or denied.

Delayed or missing refunds

Sale or promotion items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not.
Trades
We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an e-mail via our contact form.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the equivalent value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post or email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves with the intention of delivering it to you later, her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
Shipping
